Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Bethlehem will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Pennsylvania usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (610) 419-0578. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, paradisekafe.com.
Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 184 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded cafes & coffee in Bethlehem.
Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Bethlehem peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. this place has the best matcha around. you can tell it’s super good quality and the flavors are natural tasting, it artificial. it was also the perfect amount of sweetness. i tried the mango and coconut together and it was honestly the best matcha i’ve ever had! my sister got the strawberry and really liked it too

Stopped by here on a whim- and I’m so happy I did!!! So many delicious/unique coffee choices, as well as some incredible croissant options. Nutella, biscoff, pistachio, kinder bueno… they take a plain croissant and turn it into a masterpiece! There are some great seating options to do work, and 2 tables that have outlets by them. Service was great! I’ll definitely be back.

Cool mans, has great music taste. Partner ordered the matcha mango with biscoff croissant. I ordered a biscoff bliss latte with pistachio dream. Total $27 with change had to grab a matcha mango for myself to go

I recently stopped into Paradise Kafe and it was such a lovely little find. The space is so charming, and their menu is full of creative latte and matcha options you don’t usually see around here—very NJ/NY coffee shop energy in the best way. I ordered the French Hazel Latte and it was beautifully done—the espresso really came through and the flavors were perfectly balanced. I had it with a pistachio chocolate croissant, which made it even better. Their matcha menu caught my eye too, and I was able to try a strawberry shortcake matcha. It was genuinely delicious—you could taste the strawberry without it being too sweet, and the matcha had that vibrant green color that’s surprisingly hard to find locally. This shop is such a gem in Bethlehem—they’re really setting a great standard with their creativity and options, and people definitely appreciate it.

The matcha was really good here! It was good quality and it tasted great. Would recommend. I had the Mango Coconut Matcha Latte and Strawberry Matcha Latte. The Strawberry Matcha had more of a strawberry taste than matcha and the Mango Coconut was overall well balanced. There was a lot of ice so I would probably ask for less ice next time but overall it was a good place. They had art on the walls, card games, books, and board games. The atmosphere is great but a little hard to spot on the street since it’s so easily camouflaged. Definitely a good find!
